Gala Dinner Event Terms AND CONDITIONS

Each eligible purchaser (“Purchaser”) of 47 or more MugShot Edition Trump Digital Trading Cards (while supplies last) (“Digital Trading Card”) will receive one (1) ticket to attend a gala dinner event to be held at Mar-a-Lago Resort in Palm Beach, Florida in 2024 at a date to be determined (the “Event”).  Purchaser will be notified at least 30 days’ prior to the scheduled event of the date and time of Event. Purchaser will be notified via email address that was submitted by Purchaser to purchase the Digital Trading Cards. To attend the Event, Purchaser must (i) be 18 years or older and the age of majority in their local jurisdiction, (ii) burn the 'Gala dinner trading card' received at the time of qualifying purchasing, (iii) sign a release and any other requested documents, (iv) and must pass any required security background investigations. Ticket to the Event is not transferable. NFT INT, LLC (“NFT INT,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel the Event, or any part of it, if any factor beyond our reasonable control impairs the ability to hold the Event, as determined in our sole and absolute discretion, including, without limitation, the unavailability of President Trump due to any unforeseen circumstances. Moreover, we are not responsible if the Purchaser is not able to attend the Event for any reason, including without limitation due to cancellation, illness, conflict, act of God, or any other reason outside our control, and we are under no obligation to make any alternative events available for Purchaser’s non-attendance. If the Event cannot be held, we reserve the right in our sole discretion to substitute the Event for another event on another date and time at our sole discretion, or to award a limited edition Digital Trading Card in lieu thereof, as determined in our sole discretion. All expenses and costs not expressly listed herein are the sole responsibility of the Purchaser, including, but not limited to, all federal, state, and local taxes, air and ground transportation, gratuities, airline luggage charges, incidentals, upgrades, insurance, service charges, and other travel expenses.
